Just before Thanksgiving I was sent to an Education Summit out of town. I’m always eager to visit local shops when I travel, especially ones that carry handmade crafts. On this trip I discovered a perfect little treat that I can make for my students as a Christmas gift.

For $1.50 I snatched up the last little snowman Tic Tac box this store had to offer. At home I carefully studied it until I was able to reproduce the idea with a slight twist of my own. I have six done so far and 16 more to make.
